No you cannot, unless we give you an explicit permission. 'Yes' is the response to which we are predisposed, but all the material on our website is original or published with permission. Unfortunately, therefore, you also must ask permission.

We will endeavour to support re-publishing that is consistent with the purpose of the Evatt Foundation, but please send an email to be given clearance.

The site's three major points of access and activity are "Latest News", "Latest Publications" and "Latest Events". Following is a brief description of each of these functions, after which there is a brief description of other features of the site and some tips on how to use it.

Subscribe to our free online Evatt Journal, and read the answer to the FAQ "How is the site organised?".

The most likely reason is that you are trying to access an item relating to Evatt Events, which are deleted from the site after their date is passed.

Sometimes Events are re-posted as News items if they contain newsworthy or otherwise useful information, in which case they are retrospectively posted for the month in which the Event was originally posted (not the month in which the Event occurred). If this has been the case, you will find the item by scrolling down Evatt News.
