Money & Power: How much is too much in corporate Australia?
With the federal election campaign in full swing, this conference will give you some space to think about what sort of reforms will create a fairer and more equal Australia. Focusing on the sacred cow of public policy - the influence of our corporate sector - the Money and Power conference will be held on Friday 6th August at the WatersEdge Conference Centre in Sydney. Leading academics and practitioners will outline some ideas for reform such as: improving corporate and global financial regulation, extending the mining profits tax to other profitable sectors, restoring the place of decent work and secure jobs in our labour market, and reforming the system of political donations.
