Secretary of the Evatt Foundation
From 2012 to 2015, Eamon led strategic research, policy and campaigning for the NSW Peak Body for Young People and Youth Services, which took him across policy issues as diverse as mental health, school retention, crime reduction and planning reform. Eamon previously worked on youth, homelessness and health policy for Uniting Care, Young People and Familes, and as a policy officer for the Nepean Campaign against Homelessness.
Eamon has a bachelor's degree in international studies and a masters degree in political economy, and currently works for the Committee for Sydney, whose members include corporate, not-for-profit organisations and government bodies. He is a board member of the Council of Social Serrvices (NCOSS), a former member of the Sydney Alliance, a former secretary of the Multicultural Youth Affairs Network of NSW, and a former board member of the Youth Action and Policy Association.
Eamon was elected Secretary of the Evatt Foundation in 2015.
